I went for a maintenance and had an appointment, the wait was excessive, from 10 am to 2:30 pm. Other customers and I were talking about the issue and we think that the service department is over booking appointments. I also noticed a great quantity of younger employees grouped and talking, laughing. I suggest more customer service training for the newer employees, and scheduling more employees on Saturdays.
